- Booking Amount: The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation 30 days before the trip date: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 15-30 days before the trip date: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 0-15 days of the trip date: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee (no refund).
2. Rescheduling & Date Modification Policy
We understand that sometimes travelers may need to reschedule their trip. Below are the terms for rescheduling:
- If a rescheduling request is made more than 30 days before the trip date, the trip can be rescheduled without any additional charges (valid for domestic trips only).
- If a rescheduling request is made within 30 days of the trip date, the booking amount cannot be adjusted or refunded. Travelers will need to make a fresh booking.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and any differences in package pricing may apply.
3. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
At Kins Voyage, we prioritize your safety and comfort. However, certain situations may arise beyond our control, such as:
- Unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rainfall, storms, landslides, etc.)
- Government restrictions, travel bans, or curfews
- Political unrest or emergency situations
- Natural calamities (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
In such cases:
- Some activities may be canceled due to safety reasons.
- We will do our best to provide an alternative activity (subject to availability).
- However, no refund will be provided for canceled activities due to force majeure situations.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request approval.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Processing time may vary based on bank policies and payment gateway regulations.
