Sankri Village

Your journey begins as our representatives pick you up from Dehradun railway station or airport early in the morning. From there, you will drive to Sankri village, a picturesque hamlet nestled in the mountains.

The drive takes you through the scenic routes of Mussoorie, Purola, Netwar, and Mori, passing lush green valleys and dense forests. By evening, you’ll arrive at Sankri, where you’ll check into a cozy guest house or homestay.

Post-check-in, you’ll meet your trek leader for a briefing on safety protocols and trek details. Enjoy a traditional Pahadi dinner before resting for the night.

Juda Ka Talab

  • Altitude Gain: 6,400 feet to 9,100 feet.

After a hearty breakfast, you’ll begin your trek to Juda Ka Talab. This 4 km trail is a gradual ascent through dense pine and oak forests, offering mesmerizing views of nature.

After approximately 5 hours, you’ll reach Juda Ka Talab, a pristine lake surrounded by snow-covered trees in winter. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and explore the serene campsite.

Evening activities include group games and storytelling by the campfire. You’ll retire for the night in tents under a star-lit sky.

Kedarkantha Base Camp

  • Altitude Gain: 9,100 feet to 10,600 feet.

On Day 3, you’ll continue trekking toward the Kedarkantha Base Camp. The trail is a mix of steep ascents and open clearings with spectacular views of snow-clad mountains.

Upon reaching the base camp, enjoy a warm lunch and settle into your tents. The evening is free for acclimatization walks or photography. Post-dinner, relax in your cozy sleeping bags and prepare for the summit climb the next day

Kedarkantha Summit → Hargaon Camp

  • Altitude Gain: 10,600 feet to 12,500 feet (summit), then descend to 8,900 feet.

Start early (around 4 am) to trek to the Kedarkantha Summit. This steep and challenging ascent rewards you with breathtaking 360-degree views of the Himalayan peaks like Swargarohini, Black Peak, and Bandarpoonch.

After enjoying the mesmerizing sunrise and capturing moments at the summit, you’ll descend to Hargaon Camp. The descent is gradual, and you’ll pass through forests and meadows. Spend the night camping at Hargaon.

Sankri Village

On the final day of the trek, you’ll descend to Sankri village, passing through the same enchanting forest trails. Upon arrival, enjoy some leisure time in Sankri, reflecting on the adventure.

Later in the afternoon, our team will drive you back to Dehradun. You’ll arrive in Dehradun by late evening, marking the end of an unforgettable journey.

Mussoorie & Landour

Begin your day with breakfast in Dehradun. Afterward, head to Mussoorie, the “Queen of Hills,” for a day of exploration. Visit iconic spots like Kempty Falls, Camel’s Back Road, and Gun Hill.

Next, head to the charming cantonment town of Landour, known for its tranquil vibe and colonial architecture. Explore the local bakeries, enjoy stunning views, and shop for souvenirs.

After a fulfilling day, return to Dehradun by evening. This marks the end of your Kedarkantha Trekking Tour Package with us.
